Can I personalize my lock's PIN code to a 4-digit unique passcode instead of using the lengthy auto-generated one?

Absolutely! There are two ways you can create your own 4-digit unique passcode using the TTLock app.

The first method involves creating a new passcode:

1. Open the TTLock app and navigate to the Passcodes section.


2. Select "Generate Passcode" from the options available.

3. Choose the "Custom" option located at the top.

4. For a permanent passcode, simply select "Permanent." If you prefer a timed passcode, specify the valid start and end times.

5. Assign a name for your passcode (e.g., "Home Access" or "Office Entry").

6. Enter a 4 to 9-digit number of your choice for the passcode.

7. Finally, tap "Set Passcode" to save your personalized 4-digit unique passcode.



The second method involves editing an auto-generated passcode:

1. Create an auto-generated passcode and use it at least once.



2. Afterwards, go back into the TTLock app and tap on the passcode.

3. Tap on the numbers and input your new 4-digit passcode.



4. Remember, besides the passcode, you can also edit the passcode name.


With both methods explained, you now have more flexibility in creating and using a personalized 4-digit unique passcode for your lock.
