When it comes to replacing mechanical keys for our range of smart door locks, the process varies depending on the model you own:
- SDL-H1, SDL-H2, SDL-R1: Unfortunately, the keys for these models are uniquely designed and cannot be replaced. However, if a replacement is essential, you can purchase a new front panel, which includes a new set of keys.
- SDL-T1: For the SDL-T1 model, you have the option of duplicating the existing keys. Simply visit a professional key-cutting service to make copies of the keys you already have. Otherwise, like other models, you may choose to buy a new front panel for a fresh set of keys.
- SDL-SS1, SDL-S2, SDL-PP1: For these models, replacement is much simpler. You can purchase a new key cylinder, which includes a new set of mechanical keys.
