How to control your smart door lock using Amazon Alexa

Prerequisites

  1. Make sure you have connected your smart door lock with the Wi-Fi Gateway and you can unlock the door remotely. If not, please follow this article about Enabling Wi-Fi for Smart Door Locks (TTLock)
  2. Make sure you have Amazon Alexa app installed on your mobile device.

1. Connect TTLock Account to Amazon Alexa

  1. Login to your Amazon Alexa App
  2. Go to 'Skills & Games'
  3. Search for 'TTLock'
  4. Click 'ENABLE TO USE'
  5. Enter your TTLock account username and password

2. Control your Smart Door Lock using voice

  1. Go to 'Devices'.
  2. Go to 'Locks'
  3. Select the Smart Door Lock you want to control. Let's say the name of your lock is 'Front Door'.
  4. Go to 'Settings'
  5. Enable 'Unlock by voice'
  6. Create your voice code and enter your Amazon password
  7. Now the setup is complete.
  8. Now you can tell Alexa - "Alexa, Unlock Front Door' or 'Alexa, Lock Front Door'
