No worries, you don’t need to connect the smart lock itself to your new Wi-Fi network, as it only talks to the gateway (also known as the Wi-Fi bridge), not directly to your router. If you’ve switched internet providers or got a new Wi-Fi network, all you need to do is remove the gateway from your app and then add it back in. During setup, simply enter the password for your new 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. It’s a quick and easy process, and your smart lock will be up and running in no time!
