Troubleshooting

If you have enabled the shake, but can't unlock it, please follow the steps below for troubleshooting.
Step 1. Check if you can use the U-tec App to unlock/lock the Ultraloq Smart Lock through Bluetooth directly.
Step 2. Check if the smartphone has a shock after shaking.
If Yes, please go back to Step 1 to check the connection between the lock and phone.
If No, that means the U-tec App did not activate the Shake, it may be the problem with your shake operation or the phone's settings.
Step 3. Follow the animation and Times on the U-tec App to shake your phone. Please shake from right to left all the way.
Step 4. Open the U-tec App. It can't run in the background for more than 5 minutes. You can also try to turn off and turn on the U-tec App. When you move the App to the background, the Magic Shake function will only be valid for 5 minutes. You may need to close the App and open it again.
Step 5. Confirm if the smartphone or the other Apps have the same shake operation for the other features. For example, shake to activate your phone's screen, shake to next music, etc.
Step 6. Check if your smartphone has the Gyro.
