Press the *# key on the keypad. This action will trigger a voice prompt, requesting administrator verification.
Enter the master administrator passcode to gain access to the settings menu.
Press '4' to navigate to the system settings.
Press '3' to select the language change option.
From the available options, select your preferred language. For example, if you wish to change the language to English, select the English language option.
It is important to note that resetting the lock will not automatically change the language to English. If you wish to reset the lock, we recommend changing the language first before attempting the reset.
