How long do your locks disable after multiple incorrect attempts, and can this feature be disabled?

Our locks respond in two different ways to multiple incorrect entry attempts:

  1. For specific locks, like the SDL-R1, an anti-theft alarm will be activated in response to multiple incorrect attempts. This alarm sounds for about 5 seconds. Additionally, the user will be temporarily locked out, during which access can only be gained through the app or by a mechanical key. Moreover, our system will send a push notification to report the multiple failed attempts. The lock-out set in place as a result of multiple incorrect attempts lasts for a few minutes.

  2. With respect to other locks in our range, including the SDL-SS1, SDL-S2, SDL-H1, SDL-PP1, SDL-T1, SDL-H2, and SDL-S1, the anti-theft alarm will be triggered, sounding for approximately 30 seconds, but it will not lock the user out. Similarly to the first type of lock, the app will also send a push notification to inform you of the multiple incorrect attempts.

For the sake of providing maximum security to our customers, the alarm feature in response to multiple failed attempts cannot be turned off or disabled. This precaution ensures that you're notified immediately of any suspicious activities related to your lock.
