Hardware requirements


1. SmartDL Wifi Gateway 

Which gateway do you need?

SmartDL Wi-Fi Gateway (2.4 GHz) — the standard gateway, for routers with a 2.4 GHz network available.
SDL Wi-Fi Gateway — Dual Band (2.4 GHz & 5 GHz) — works on both bands, so it connects on modern routers that run single 5 GHz network.

If you have a special requirement for a G3 (Wired) or G6 (Matter) gateway contact our team here for a custom order.

2. Google Home Device



How to connect your SDL Smart Door Lock with Google Home?

1. Setup your SDL Smart Door Lock as per the user manual


2. Setup your SmartDL Wifi Gateway 


3. To control via voice, please enable "Remote Unlock" on your TTLock app

Step 1. Select your lock and go to "Settings"



Step 2. Turn on "Remote Unlock"   


                    

 4. Setup your Google Home on - https://widgets.nest.com/google-home-setup/


 5. Enable Google Home on your TTLock app

Step 1. In the TTLock App, click the menu to the top left had side


Step 2. Click the last option 'Work With' 



Step 3. Then select 'Google Home'



Step 4. Click 'turn on' and enter a passcode you will remember.  

  


6. Add your SDL Smart Door Lock to the Google Home App

 Step 1. In the Google Home app, click the '+' in the top left corner.



Step 2. Then click the blue '+' that is titled "Set Up Device".



Step 3. Click the second option that says 'Works with Google'



Step 4. Then search 'ScienerSmart' in the search bar to link the device to your Google Home.

 


Step 5. Log in to ScienerSmart using the same credentials you use to sign into your TTLock account.

Important: If you TTLock username is a phone number, make sure to add + country code. Example: +61 for Australia.



Step 6. Once ScienerSmart is connected, any smart locks connected to the Gateway should become available and connected.
