I see that your locks only work with 2.4GHz WiFi networks. What should I do if we only have a 5GHz network?

The SmartDL Wi-Fi Gateway only supports 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi networks. 

Most routers are capable of supporting both 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequencies; it may just need to be configured to enable the 2.4GHz network. You can do this by contacting your internet service provider or the technician who set up your internet.

If you have a newer, modern router that only supports 5GHz, you can consider purchasing a second-hand router that supports 2.4GHz from platforms like eBay. Once acquired, you can connect this router to your existing one using a network cable, allowing your smart lock to connect to the 2.4GHz network.
