Unauthorised access alarm

Unauthorised access alarm

Smart door locks are designed to do more than just lock and unlock a door. One important security feature is the unauthorised access alarm.

This alarm is triggered when the lock detects repeated incorrect PIN entries. When this happens, the lock sounds an audible alarm to alert anyone nearby, and the keypad is disabled for approximately 30 seconds to prevent further attempts.

In addition to the audible alarm, our smart locks send an instant notification to the connected mobile app. This allows you to respond quickly, even when you are not at home. You can also check the access logs to see what triggered the alert and take action if needed.

While the alarm is active, the only way to unlock the smart lock is by using the padlock button in the TTLock app.

The unauthorised access alarm adds an extra layer of protection to your home or workplace. It helps deter intruders, alerts occupants to potential threats, and provides greater peace of mind. For this reason, the unauthorised access alarm cannot be turned off.
