1.1 From the home page options, tap ‘Generate Passcode’.
1.2 Choose the type of passcode you want to create by navigating the tabs.
1.3 Enter the name of the passcode, the valid time period (if required), and the passcode (if generating a ‘Custom’ passcode).
1.4 Tap the ‘Set Passcode’ button to create the new passcode.
2. Register IC Card/Key Fob
Key cards or key fobs can also be activated to unlock your Smart Door Lock. You have the option of configuring 13.56 MHz IC cards or key fobs, whichever you prefer. It is possible to register the same card/fob across multiple locks.
Important: This operation must be performed near the lock.
1.5 Tap ‘Cards’ on the lock home screen.
1.6 Select ‘Add Card’ from the context menu in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
1.7 Choose the type of card you want to register (permanent or timed) by navigating the tabs.
1.8 Enter the card or fob details and the valid time period if required, then tap ‘Ok’.
1.9 Tap the card/fob to the exterior lock panel card/fob reader area (on the keypad).
You also have the option to register cards/fobs remotely (away from the lock) by selecting ‘Add Card Remotely’ at step 1.5 and tapping the card to your phone at step 1.7.
3. Register Fingerprint
Fingerprint access is a key unlocking feature of your smart door lock. To register a new fingerprint, please follow the steps below.
2.0 Tap ‘Fingerprints’ on the lock home screen.
2.1 Select ‘Add fingerprint’ from the context menu.
2.2 Enter fingerprint details and the valid time period if required, then tap ‘Next’.
Important: This operation must be performed near the lock.
2.3 Tap the ‘Start’ button and begin the fingerprint scan process.
2.4 Follow the on-screen instructions. You will be required to place and remove your finger from the sensor four times.
Optional: You can register a couple of fingerprints for the same user in different finger position and also using different fingers.
4. Send e-key
You can send e-keys to other users to grant application access to the lock. This type of access will allow users entry to the door using the phone application via Bluetooth both near the lock and remotely (if ‘Remote Unlock’ is selected when the e-key is created).
2.5 Tap ‘Send eKey’ on the lock home screen.
2.6 Select the e-key type by navigating the tabs (i.e. timed, permanent, one-time, recurring).
2.7 Enter the recipient's TTlock account username and name and the valid time period if required.
2.8 You can choose to allow ‘Remote Unlock’ capability, if necessary.
2.9 Tap ‘Send’.
Important: The receiver must have the TTLock application installed and registered with TTLock prior to receiving the e-key.
The recipient will receive a notification on the TTLock app once the e-Key has been sent. You may also choose to email the recipient the e-Key information.
E-key recipients will have access to simple settings and to simple records, showing when the lock has been accessed but not by whom.

5. Send Authorized Admin e-key
If you choose, you can make someone an Authorized Admin of a lock or number of locks. This will grant them application access to the lock, enabling them entry with the application via Bluetooth near the lock or remotely (if ‘Remote Unlock’ is selected when the e-key is created). They will also have access to other areas of the application that basic e-key recipients do not, including the ability to add other users.
3.0 Tap ‘Authorized Admin’ on the lock home screen.
3.1 Tap the Authorized Admin menu in the top right corner of the screen and tap ‘Create Admin’.
3.2 Select the Admin e-key type by navigating the tabs (i.e. timed, permanent).
3.3 Enter the recipient's TTlock account username and name and the valid time period if required.
3.4 You can choose to allow ‘Remote Unlock’ capability, if necessary.
3.5 Tap ‘Send’.
Important: The receiver must have the TTLock application installed and registered with TTLock prior to receiving the e-key.
The recipient will receive a notification on the TTLock app once the e-Key has been sent. You may also choose to email the recipient the e-Key information.
The following images show what the recipient of a Authorized Admin e-key can see. In addition to being able to add new users themselves, they also have access to more of the settings and the names in the log records.
