How to Lock and Unlock my Smart Door Lock Remotely (TTLock)


InfoThis feature needs a gateway

Remote features only work when your lock is paired to a gateway. Bluetooth alone requires you to be within range of the lock.

If you already have a Wi-Fi gateway make sure your have configured the Wi-Fi Bridge and enabled Remote Unlocking for your Smart Door Lock.

Steps to Unlock Remotely

1. Go to the 'Dashboard' screen of the door lock.


2. Tap the small 'Wi-Fi Padlock' button and select 'Remote Unlock' from the menu.


3. You should notice a new 'Wi-Fi Padlock' button has appeared next to the main padlock icon.


Steps to Lock Remotely

1. Go to the 'Dashboard' screen of the door lock.


2. Press and Hold the main Padlock icon.
