Lock not in pairing mode During the pairing process the keypad has to be activated for the TTLock app to discover the lock. To successfully pair the lock with your phone, you must stand close to the lock, ideally 1-2 meters from the lock. Lock is stuck Reset the lock and install brand new batteries. Follow the instructions in the article to reset the lock and restore normal operation.
