I'm having trouble pairing my Loqee Keybox with my phone. What should I do?

If you're unable to pair your Loqee Keybox with your phone, try resetting the lock first. After resetting, you'll be prompted to add a Bluetooth administrator. Follow these steps:

  1. Open the app and go to 'Add Lock' to start the pairing process.

  1. If the keybox doesn’t appear as a nearby lock, tap on the keypad to activate it. This should make the keybox visible in the app.

Please note that these steps can be used for pairing any of our locks, not just the Keybox.
